About YLink
Compliance and operational matters for Dutch SMEs, all in one place.
YLink originated from a simple observation: most Dutch SMEs comply with regulations by chance, not through a system. Inspection certificates remain in the inbox. Equipment maintenance records are scattered across various contractors. Renewal dates depend on someone remembering. It remains this way until a regulator visits, a machine breaks down, or an insurer requests proof that cannot be found.
We developed YLink so that certainty is the standard. The platform manages everything a regulator or insurer requires, including all outages and costs, in one clear file. Developed in Rotterdam, fully focused on the Dutch market, and based on the regulations applicable here.
Two sides of running a business. One platform.
WHAT WE DO
A single location can have twelve to sixteen-year compliance obligations, plus an entire fleet of equipment that is not formally maintained by anyone. In practice, this means two separate problems running parallel: staying legal and staying operational.
YLink brings both together. Compliance obligations and building management run on a single shared data register. An obligation generates an assignment, the assignment provides evidence, and the evidence closes the obligation. Nothing disappears in a forgotten email exchange.

We delve deep into one market rather than broadly across many, and that depth is what our clients rely on to get it right.
No lock-in, never
Your data can be exported at any time as a clean PDF and CSV file. There is no lock-in other than a thirty-day notice period, and that is intentional. We retain customers because the platform works, not because leaving is difficult. We would rather earn your trust every month than hold you down with a contract.
