What is YLink?
YLink is a Dutch online logbook for businesses with physical locations. It keeps every inspection, certificate, piece of equipment and maintenance job per location, with a reminder before every deadline.
 
Who is YLink for?
Owners and operations managers of businesses with multiple sites, such as hotels, childcare, care, gyms, real estate and hospitality. If you have one location, start with the free Compliance Score and YLink Academy.

What does YLink cost?
From €99 per month for the first location, excluding VAT. You pay per location, not per user. Running multiple sites? Contact us for a tailored quote. The first three months are free.
 
Does YLink guarantee that my business is compliant?
No. YLink helps you keep track of your obligations and store the evidence. Responsibility for compliance stays with you as the operator.
 
Does YLink replace my installer or maintenance company?
No. You send work orders to the certified professional you already use, or another one if needed. YLink records what was done and stores the certificate.
 
Can my staff use YLink too?
Yes. Staff see their tasks on their phone, complete checks and report problems with a photo. Up to 100 staff accounts are included.
 
Which domains does YLink cover?
Twelve: fire suppression, fire detection, passive fire safety, electrical, gas, HVAC, refrigeration, water safety and legionella, building installations, wastewater, permits and compliance dossiers.
 
Is YLink Academy accredited training?
No. YLink Academy is staff instruction and issues certificates of participation, not accredited diplomas such as BHV or VCA. It helps you record that your team has been instructed, as Article 8 of the Dutch Working Conditions Act requires.
 
Does YLink work for a single location?
Yes. The price is then €99 per month. Many operators start with the free Compliance Score and move over when a second or third location opens.
