maintenance activities, compliance processes and collaboration with verified service providers.
This Notice applies solely to the use of the Website. Customers who subscribe to the YLink
Platform enter into a separate contractual relationship with YLink. The provision and use of the
Platform Services are governed by the applicable YLink Platform Subscription Agreement, the
YLink Platform Terms & Conditions, the Data Processing Annex (GDPR), and any other
documents expressly incorporated into those agreements.
3. USE OF THE WEBSITE
You may access and use this Website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with this
Notice.
You agree not to:
● use the Website in violation of applicable law;
● interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Website;
● attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or information;

This Privacy Notice explains what Personal Data YLink collects, the purposes for which it is
Processed, the legal basis for such Processing and the rights available to individuals whose
Personal Data is Processed.
Where an organisation subscribes to the YLink Platform, the Processing of Personal Data is
further governed by the applicable YLink Platform Subscription Agreement, the YLink Platform
Terms & Conditions and the Data Processing Annex (GDPR).
12. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
Depending on how you interact with the Website or the Platform, YLink may Process the
following categories of Personal Data:
● identification information, including your name;
● business contact information, including your email address, telephone number and
employer;
● account registration information;
● authentication information;
● communications submitted through contact forms or customer support channels;
● subscription and billing information;
● technical information relating to your browser, operating system and device;
● information relating to your use of the Website and Platform.
YLink does not intentionally collect special categories of Personal Data unless such Processing
is expressly required and lawfully agreed.

affecting the lawfulness of Processing carried out before its withdrawal.

YLink discloses Personal Data only where necessary for the operation of the Website, provision
of the Platform Services, compliance with legal obligations or protection of YLink's legitimate
interests.
YLink currently relies upon carefully selected third-party service providers for infrastructure
hosting, authentication, payment processing, customer support and technical monitoring.
All such providers are contractually required to maintain appropriate technical and
organisational safeguards for the protection of Personal Data.
16. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Customer Data is primarily hosted within infrastructure located in the European Union.
Where Personal Data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, YLink shall
implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V GDPR, including Standard
Contractual Clauses, an adequacy decision or another lawful transfer mechanism.
17. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
YLink retains Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was
collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce contractual rights.
Where Personal Data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised in
accordance with YLink's internal retention procedures.
18. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Subject to applicable Data Protection Laws, you may have the right to:
● request access to your Personal Data;
● request correction of inaccurate Personal Data;
● request deletion of Personal Data;
● request restriction of Processing;
● object to Processing;

disclosure and unauthorised access.
Such measures include, where appropriate:
● encryption of Personal Data during transmission and storage;
● identity-based access controls;
● least-privilege access management;
● secure authentication procedures;
● encrypted system backups;
● continuous monitoring of production systems;
● regular deployment of software and security updates; and
● controlled change management procedures.
YLink regularly reviews and updates its security measures to reflect technological developments
and evolving security risks.
23. TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE
The YLink Platform currently operates using modern cloud infrastructure and carefully selected
service providers, including:
● Google Cloud Platform for infrastructure hosting;
● Google Firebase Authentication for secure user authentication;
● Google Secret Manager for secure management of application credentials;
● Stripe for payment processing;
● Plain for customer support;
● Sentry for technical monitoring and error reporting.
Customer Data is primarily hosted within infrastructure located in the Netherlands (European
Union).
YLink may modify its technical architecture from time to time to improve the security, reliability
and performance of the Platform, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the level
of protection afforded to Customer Data.
